Transport

A. Availability of transport facility:
1. The Transport will be available depending on the number of students from any particular area. In case the school transport is not available, the parents will have to make their own arrangements.
2. Violation of any rule or code of conduct mentioned herein may result in fine/debarment of the transport facility to the student.


B. Route/Bus Stop/Bus Timing:
1. The Route is prepared keeping in view the convenience and safety of all bus commuters and subject to change. No diversion / extension will be entertained on existing routes.
2. The drivers are authorized to stop bus designated stops only, unless directed otherwise by the Bus in Charge/ School authorities.
3. For seeking any change in bus route or bus stop, Guardian must intimate the Transport in Charge, one week in advance.
4. The student should reach the respective bus stop five minutes earlier that the stipulated time.
5. Buses will leave at the fixed time and would not wait for any latecomer.
6. Parents will not be allowed to take their ward along with them without perior intimation to the Grade Teacher and Transport In Charge when they visit the school of any purpose.


C.General Conduct and Behavioral Issues:
1. No Student is allowed to eat any kind of eatables in the bus.
2. Discarding of trash or food either inside or outside the bus is not permitted.
3. Unruly behavior like shrieking or shouting is strictly prohibited.
4. Students will be held responsible of any damage to buses caused by their negligence or vandalism and will be charged fine accordingly.
5. Courteous behavior is expected all the time with teachers and bus staff.


D. Seating Arrangement:
1. The student has to sit according to the seating arrangement plan and is not supposed to change seat unless directed by the Bus in Charge.


E. It is not permitted to pick or drop the ward prior or after the specified time or stop. If required, in an emergency prior permission of the school authorities must be taken. This measure is taken to ensure the safety of the child.
